101 Bayshore Avenue is a home located on Bayshore Avenue in Viceport, Vice City. The home mostly appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, but also appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.


The home is only accessible in GTA Vice City Stories, and serves as one of the player's safehouses in the game. In 1984, the home is actually owned by gun runner Phil Cassidy, but Phil offers Victor Vance to stay here after hearing about his discharge from the army. therefore leaving Victor homeless. The home appears in the events of GTA Vice City, but is inaccessible to the player. The only changes to the home in 1986 are the features outside the home, like the flowers and the pink swan statue.
