Armando Riesco (December 5, 1977- ) is a Purto Rican motion picture, television actor, and voice artist. He has appeared in films such as Pieces of April, National Treasure and World Trade Center. He also voiced by Pierre La Ponce and Victor Vance in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He also voiced C.R.A.S.H. officer Jimmy Hernandez and various pedestrians in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
