a house that is located in Vice Point, Vice City, south of the Shady Palms Hospital and northeast of the Pay 'n' Spray. It is one of the player's safehouses in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which is available for purchase at the start of the game for $8,000. The house includes a swimming pool and a garage, which can store one vehicle. A Ruger can be found on the lower roof behind the house.
The home is present in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, but can't be purchased by the player and the garage is blocked by an invisible wall. However, an Infernus can be found parked there.
The name of the safehouse is Spanglish for "The Swanky Home", with 'Swanky' meaning nice.
