Tommy wearing the Frankie Outfit
The frankie outfit is a reward outfit that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The out fit is similar to the Street outfit, but consists of a white shirt that reads, "I completed Vice City and all I got was this lousy t-shirt," light blue jeans, and white sneakers. It is unlocked for the player to use after completing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to a full 100%. Like other outfits in the game, it can be changed into to eliminate a wanted level that is less than two stars, regardless if the player was wearing it or not. The pickup can be found inside Tommy's office in the Vercetti Estate near the Street outfit pickup.
