referred to as the Front Page Bar, is a small café and bar that is located on Ocean Drive in Ocean Beach, Vice City. The café is located next door to the player's first safehouse, the Ocean View Hotel. In the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City mission Bar Brawl, Tommy Vercetti killed the DBP Security guards that protected the café in order for the café to pay its protection to the Vercetti Gang.
