Pepe is a minor-character in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He is a member of the Cubans gang and can mostly be seen during the mission Trojan Voodoo. Umberto Robina tells Tommy Vercetti to find a Haitian gang car and meet his boys in Little Haiti. He provides cover for Tommy while he plants the bombs throughout the factory.
Pepe mentions that he has a girlfriend that resides in Little Haiti and likes to eat pizza at the local pizza shop there.
