Sergeant Peppah is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, who serves as a minor-character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He serves as the sergeant of Fort Baxter Air Base, and a commanding officer to Victor Vance. After discovering that Victor had drugs hidden under his bed, he kicks him out of the army.
