SPAS 12 from GTA VCS.
The SPAS 12, also known as the Spaz 12, S.P.A.S. 12, and Combat Shotgun, is a powerful shotgun that has first appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, then later in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

The weapons gas-powered repeater system that holds up to seven shotgun shells in the undertube of the gun. The gun shoots in an automatic motion in GTA Vice City, but the feature was removed in later games, presumably to curb the guns power. The gun isn't common to find in the games, but in GTA Vice City, one Ammu-Nation sells the gun, for a price of $4,000 with a similar situation in GTA San Andreas. In GTA Liberty City Stories, the gun can only be obtained from one spawning location.
In the original PS2 version of GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories, the name is spelled "Spas 12" while the name is spelled 'S.P.A.S. 12' in later versions.
