A Health Icon is a pickup that is featured in all Grand Theft Auto games. The pickup allows the player to heal their health bar if it is low. The player can only grab the icon if their health bar is below their max limit otherwise the player will walk right through it if it's not. Health icons are located throughout various areas of a city, although the player can find them mostly in front of hospitals and drug stores.
