Juan Ovzem is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Juan is a member of the Mendez Cartel and resides in Vice City in 1984. His name is a take on the phrase one of them.
In the mission Burning Bridges, Juan attempted to kill Lance Vance by hitting him in the back with a baseball bat. One of the two goons that Victor Vance kills during the mission looks like Ovzem.
