character that appears in the Grand Theft Auto series, appearing as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto IV. He was voiced by Lazlow Jones, a real-life American talk show host.


Lazlow's carrer began in the early 1980's as an intern for the radio statio, V-Rock in Vice City. He was also the sidekick of the then radio host DJ Cousin Ed. Lazlow picked up in his place, becoming the head DJ of VROCK, showing a "bad boy" attitude and a great inflated ego, the latter in which came back to bite him; he was fired from the radio station shortly after the events of GTA Vice City.

Lazlow re-emerged in the early 1900's, soon later became the host of the syndicated radio show Entertaining America, replacing the original radio host Jack Howitzer after his untimely death. Lazlow laster lost his job as that radio host due to his alcoholism sometime after the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Lazlow later became a talk show host of the station, Chatterbox FM in the late '90s, where he took calls from random listeners and interviewed eccentric guests.
