Death of Lance Vance
Destruction of the boat
Fail to reach the cargo first
After obtaining the fastest boat, Tommy returns to Diaz, who is angry that his VCR ate his favorite El Burro movie. After Tommy informs Diaz that the VCR wasn't plugged in, Diaz tells him that freelance drug dealer comes into the city every month and sells his cargo to the first person that arrives. He tells Tommy to take the boat, obtain the cargo, then bring it back to his home.
After leaving Diaz' mansion, Tommy heads to the jetty, where he again meets Lance Vance, who decides to accompany him. The two drive the boat through a long course to reach the drug dealer first before the other boats, which include Cuban gangsters. After purchasing the cargo for Diaz, they drive the cargo back to the mansion while avoiding attacks from the Cuban gangsters in boats and later, a helicopter.
- The song heard during the opening cut scene is Dance Hall Days by Wang Chung, which is also featured on the radio station Flash FM.
- Diaz mentions his El Burro tape, presumably bizarre bestiality porn made by the same character in Grand Theft Auto III.
- It is strange that the Cubans in this mission drive Speeders instead of their gangboat, the Jetmax, although this is probably to make the mission easier to complete for the player, as the Jetmax has a higher top speed and has more superior acceleration than the Squalo.
- The Squalo used in this mission is bulletproof, fireproof and explosion proof. Its impossible to save it as there are no garages for boats, although some people were able to save it by beaching it near a safehouse with a garage, then pushing it into the garage by sprinting into it or pushing it with a car.
